Dev:Log - 00 [A SUFFERING reducing hotfix]
Dear Amarillo Spatial Simulations users,
This is the head programmer in charge of the Human:Game. virtual reality simulatorium experience writing to tell you all about the new hotfix just published. After studying all of your brain waves during the first batch of testings, I've concluded that some adjustments were needed.
HUMAN Sedation Receptacle tweaked
For the Test Environment 01, the steps leading to the end-level area were reduced from 02 to 01. The analysis of thousands of hours of suffering from testers led us to the realization that your HUMANS were still too recent at this stage, thus didn't have enough dexterity to accomplish the task of climbing such height.
This will make completing the first level a lot easier for new coming testers.
Jumping control
The team has received input from many users regarding our proprietary Leg Spring mechanism that enables jumping. To accommodate to the industry standard, we've changed the telepathic frequency of the jumping function from "V" to "Spacebar". I am very sorry about this oversight, but am now glad to inform you that the inept worker responsible for this atrocious decision has been promptly ejected into the void of space, with an incompetence fine notice sent to their remaining family members.
Multi:Player. mode slightly improved
Our team's fashion adviser made me aware that the subjects can be hard to distinguish when there are more than one in the same place. Since it's known that all HUMANS look almost identical, we've implemented different garment styles. Now you will always be able to tell which one is your HUMAN when gathered in a troop.
This concludes the first development log from the Human:Game. division at Amarillo Spatial Simulations. It has been great having such a successful testing run with you all. The gameplay videos submitted have been very entertaining to watch, let alone invaluable for the research data provided.
Best regards,
the A.S.S. team.
