Okay, this is an OLD project I scrapped back in 2023. I do not like my art from back then, but alas, I think it's better for me to share it instead of letting it rot in my PC until the end of time. The music and the menus are placeholders. They are bad!

But having said all that, here's what this is about.

The Game

A topdown shoot 'em up that is heavily inspired by Swarm (1998) and Star Fox 64. It features my original characters Ada, Boba and Clara, along my own cyborgified persona. Some of you might know them all from my social media posts or my other games. Those who don't: hola.

Controls

Contrary to what it seems at first glance, this isn't a twin-stick shooter. You move your ship forwards and rotate it with the mouse. You cannot strafe or move backwards.

• W - Move forward
• LMB - Shoot
• RMB - Hold to make your squad follow you around
• Mouse wheel - Change weapons
• Ctrl/Space - Zoom in/out

Game Modes

Campaign

A linear set of levels. You should play this mode first. It isn't very long. And saying it's incomplete is being too generous.

Sandbox

More of a testing level for me. All weapons and enemies available at the same time.

Survivor Mode

An incomplete implementation of the Survivor genre of games. A.K.A. Vampire Survivors mode.

Even More Yapping

You buy upgrades for the Campaign in the Hangar menu. You need AMACoin to buy upgrades. You earn AMACoin as you progress in the Campaign. Likewise, the Codex will get filled as you progress in the Campaign.

Seriously, the music and art are bad! I made the music using some online service I don't even remember the name of. It's a placeholder. Ideally I would have loved to have a different kind of OST. And my art from 2023 is terrible. I don't like it. I cringe looking at it LOL. 

But why am I publishing this? Because, ultimately, what's the point of making something with love if nobody will see it? I think humanity loses a little everytime an artist decides nobody should see their work. So I'll share. I know some will appreciate it.
